Service Terms

Longmont Velo is a full-service bicycle shop offering sales, repairs, maintenance, and accessories. All services are provided at our location: 1111 Francis Street Suite B, Longmont, CO 80501.

1. Repair Warranty

All repair services include a 30-day warranty against defects in workmanship. Parts warranties vary based on manufacturer specifications.

2. Product Sales

All bicycles, parts, and accessories are sold as-is unless otherwise specified. Defective products may be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.

3. Service Cancellation

Repair services must be picked up within 30 days of completion. Items not collected after 60 days may be disposed of at Longmont Velo discretion.

Community and Group Rides

Longmont Velo hosts a vibrant cycling community. Check our Meetup page for group rides and yoga sessions.

1. Participant Responsibility

Participants in group rides assume all risk of injury or property damage.
Longmont Velo is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damage occurring during group activities.

2. Safety Requirements

All participants must wear helmets and maintain bikes in safe operating condition.

3. Local Cycling Routes

Information about local cycling routes is provided for reference only. Longmont Velo does not guarantee route safety or accuracy.

Longmont Velo provides products and services as-is. We do not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Longmont Velo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
